First of all, Aloe gel is a purely organic and inexpensive way to produce cannabis clones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using Aloe Vera gel to clone cannabis plants<\/strong> will certainly increase the rooting percentage significantly. If you make a small comparison between Aloe Vera gel<\/strong> and a commercial rooting gel, it is likely that Aloe Vera gel will be almost equally effective. At the same time, you can get it very cheaply and it is 100% natural!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can even fertilise the leaves of mature cannabis plants<\/strong> with it to increase their natural resilience and provide them with plenty of essential micronutrients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aloe Vera is full of health benefits, you can even use it to treat skin conditions or to relieve constipation.<\/p>\n\n\n

Why use Aloe for cannabis plants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aloe vera gel contains two main hormones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auxins<\/strong>, which are a powerful growth hormone, and gibberellins<\/strong>, which help regulate many of the developmental processes of marijuana plants, such as stem growth and flower development. It is also full of amino acids, salicylic acid, enzymes and micronutrients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, its nourishing gel contains a large amount of saponins. Saponins are moisturizing agents that help increase the absorption of all the above mentioned substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salicylic acid acts as a plant hormone. It is very useful in rooting clones because it strengthens the cannabis plant’s defence against pathogens. Cuttings are particularly vulnerable to pathogens. Therefore, the salicylic acid from Aloe Vera gel will increase your chances of success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cloning with Aloe Vera<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We can use aloe gel in the same way as commercial gels or powders. Soak the clone in the gel along the length of the cut and then carefully place the clone into the rooting medium. Mix the squeezed gel with a little pure water to get the desired viscosity, or you can insert the clones directly into the aloe leaves for a while and then place them into the medium.<\/p>\n\n\n

Aloe vera can also be used for foliar feeding of cuttings. Just add \u00bd teaspoon to the sprayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. Pour into a garden sprayer and shake well.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For optimum effectiveness, spray the “juice” made from aloe onto the cannabis leaves within 20 minutes, as the aloe gel starts to ferment and quickly loses its nutritional value.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Since plants are very unlikely to burn when foliar fertilised with Aloe Vera, you can repeat this process up to three times a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to grow Aloe Vera?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Aloe Vera is cheap and easy to grow as it does not need much water or nutrients<\/strong>. Still, when you fertilise Aloe vera, use an organic fertiliser<\/strong>, as anything you fertilise it with will end up in the gel content of its leaves. Finally, plant it in well-drained soil<\/strong>, such as cactus soil. It will provide you with the best organic gel for foliar nutrition and you will have a supply of aloe for your cannabis plants<\/strong> for years to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Which variety of aloe is best?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Aloe Barbadensis is the most widely used Aloe Vera on the market. In addition, it is also the most famous for all of the healing benefits it offers. Aloe Barbadensis is probably the most suitable aloe for cannabis plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
