If you happen to be someone who is interested in growing cannabis, it is important to understand the stages of the plant and the different changes that plants go through during the cannabis growth cycle. <strong>Each stage requires a different type and level of care.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-text-align-center\"><strong>In addition, different stages of cannabis growth require different amounts of water, nutrients and light.<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"stages-of-the-marihuana-growth-cycle\">Stages of the marihuana growth cycle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">At all stages of growing cannabis, the grower needs to provide the perfect environment for the plants to thrive. Of course, this can sometimes be quite difficult. Cannabis is an annual plant, which means that it will germinate, grow and complete its life cycle in one season. For a potted plant to grow quickly, its seed ( <a href=\"http:\/\/nukaseeds.cz\/nuka-cannabis-seeds-pricing\/\">seeds nukaseeds<\/a> ) should be properly germinated. Growers should not neglect the quality of their plant, despite how early it is. You can tell the quality of a <a href=\"http:\/\/nukaseeds.cz\/nuka-cannabis-seeds-pricing\/\">cannabis seed<\/a> by how brown, hard and dry it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">During the germination process, the germs present inside the seed come out as roots. Many home growers rely on the tried and tested paper towel method to <a href=\"http:\/\/nukaseeds.cz\/how-to-germinate-cannabis-seeds-instructions\/2023\/02\/14\/\">germinate seeds<\/a>. The germination stage can last between one and seven days. Variety also plays a key role in the duration. The next phase begins after the first 2 leaves have formed. You may notice that your little cannabis plant has grown five centimetres in one day. <strong>Make sure you give it the right nutrients, as this is the stage where the plant will grow flowers.<\/strong> Nitrogen is essential at this stage as it provides protein and chlorophyll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The plant&#8217;s water intake also increases during this stage. Once again, light is an essential element for this plant to become a mature cannabis plant. Once again, it all depends on the strain you are growing. In most cases, growers are able to find out the sex of their cannabis plants during this stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Male cannabis plants tend to develop smooth, egg-shaped and small pollen sacs. Female cannabis plants on the other hand develop small V-shaped pink or white hairs, which are also referred to as pistils. Growers sometimes find difficulty in separating females from males. Flowering occurs naturally when plants receive less than twelve hours of light per day as summer days become shorter. It also happens in the same way when indoor light cycles controlled by the grower become shorter. You will realise that your hard work is paying off at this stage, as you will notice that the resinous flowers of your plant gradually develop over a period of eight to 11 weeks, depending on the strain. If you didn&#8217;t do this during pre-flowering, <strong>make sure you now separate the females from the males to avoid pollination.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Your potted plant will need phosphorus and potassium-based nutrients at this stage to flower properly. Bat guano or other manure is an excellent organic and nutrient to provide to the plant at this stage.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\" id=\"harvesting\">Harvesting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">You will easily know if your plant is ready to harvest when its cola flowers start to turn a reddish-orange colour. <strong>You can check the colour of the trichome heads with a microscope<\/strong>. You will know that the flowers are good for harvesting if the trichome heads change from transparent to opaque and milky, to amber. The colour of the trichomes can predict the effect produced by the flowers , so make sure you harvest at the right time. The process requires a bit of trial and error during each stage, but this is part of the learning process.
