The use of the sous-vide method guarantees the decarbonisation of the cananbis at a constant temperature, ensuring an almost even distribution of decarboxylation throughout the batch.

  • Fill the container with hot water and place the immersion circulator in it. Set the circulator to 95 °C (203 °F). (It is important to follow the detailed instructions for your immersion circulator in this step).
  • Grind the hemp finely. As the temperature will be regulated, you don’t have to worry about overheating the marihuana or destroying the terpenes, aroma or THC.

  • Place the sealed bag in a water bath for 90 minutes.
  • After 90 minutes, remove the bag and allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes. Your cannabis will be ready for immediate use or you can save it for later.
