Instructions on how to make hemp ointment

What we’ll need for hemp ointment:

• well-dried female cannabis plants, hand-crushed but not completely powdered
• 100% vegetable fat or medical vaseline – do not use rendered lard

How we’ll proceed:

Put 250g of fat in a deep baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 110°C. Once melted, add 50g of crushed cannabis and stir with a wooden spoon.

Set the temperature to 110°C for 3 hours and stir occasionally. After 3 hours of basting, turn off the oven and let stand for 24 hours.

Then heat the oven again to 110 °C for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Then let the fat cool, but just enough to keep it liquid, and strain it through a cheesecloth. The cannabis paste is ready and bottled while still liquid.

The waste left over from the first leaching can be leached again. The procedure is the same as before, but with the difference that we use half the amount of fat.

The quality and effects are just as good as the hemp salve that was created from the first batch.

Effects of hemp salve:

The salve has antiviral, antibiotic, antifungal effects. It helps with inflammations, diaper rash, bedsores, cold sores, eczema, post-traumatic arthritis, tibial ulcers, suppresses arthritic pain, etc.

Application of hemp ointment:

Marijuana ointment can be applied to the necessary areas one to three times a day. Rarely, someone may experience a slight swelling of the skin.
