Recipe for milk from cannabis seeds

Have you ever tried proper milk from cannabis seeds? It has great nutritional value for your body and its taste is delicious. Let’s try cannabis nutri milk.

Cannabis milk is the best to use all nutrition from seeds.

Cannabis seeds are not necessarily used only for cultivation. On their own, they have many nutrients that help maintain the proper function of important systems in our bodies. These include food intake, expulsion, reproduction, control and protection of the nervous system. These nutrients also help manage cardiovascular, endocrine, immune and musculoskeletal functions.

wringing of mixed seeds

Start by taking a bag of cannabis seeds and placing it in a bowl of water for at least 24 hours. It is a good idea to wait until the seeds open and small sprouts appear. In normal conditions this takes 1,5 – 3 days. On warm days it usually takes less than 24 hours.

Important note – change the water in the bowl at least twice in those 24 hours.

The cannabis seeds are ready

  1. Once the seeds are sufficiently soaked, drain off the water, rinse the seeds and place them in a blender with milk. Blend everything thoroughly. You can either use a conventional blender or use a stick blender.
  2. Then take a sieve or cloth to strain the milk through. After the first round, take a fine tea strainer and strain the liquid once more. This will catch most of the plant material.
  3. Once your milk is ready, you can dilute it as needed.

Flavouring cannabis milk

hemp milk flavoured with dates

Although you can drink hemp milk on its own without any problem, it is a good idea to flavour it with some fruit. For example, many people choose banana for its taste and nutritional value. You can also use lemon juice as an additive.

Hemp milk with banana and lemon juice can then serve as a base. You can then add other fruits to this base, such as raspberries, strawberries, mangoes, or even raw cocoa and vanilla extract. In the end, it tastes like a yoghurt shake.

In addition to fruit, you can also flavour the cannabis milk with honey or dates (must be fresh). And if you want your milk to have a slight red/pink tinge, you can add some GOJI.

Milk from cannabis seeds can also serve as a base for RAW vegetable soup. Some suitable vegetables include cucumber, celery or spinach. For flavouring we would recommend a little lemon, salt and spices. Or would you like a slightly spicier version with garlic, dill and horseradish? The choice is yours.

The variant of this milk is not psychoactive, so do not expect a high from this variant. However, if you are interested in a kitchen aid that you can have some fun with, we have a great recipe for coconut cannabis oil ready for you.
